Masking an IP (that will bounce constantly) is harder that doing this. You don’t even need that machine. Just ANY card that has been expired. File down and imprint yourself with a mold (needs a little strong arming to do it). The “tips” can be done with a heated foil base….All cards wear and tear so the foil will look genuine with it flaking a bit. Just the reader is the most expensive part. Also it’s easier to go into a mom and pop shop, buy some expensive stuff and walk out.

This is way too much work. If you already have the number and three digit code from the back of the card, use it online to go on a shopping spree. Make sure your IP # can’t be tracked. Set up a PO Box under a fake name/info. If you need cash, pawn the goods. It’s easier to make a fake ID to get a PO Box, than manufacture a credit card. Silly cops.
